This position will engage in business development strategies and programs in support of Oracle’s Sales Organization. This is a client-facing role responsible for internal presentation and management of operational sales goals.
Assists in the development of strategic market/product line business plans and marketing programs to support sales in designated market segments.
Assists in analyzing market data to identify trends/opportunities and develops strategic direction from market information.
Assists in identification of volume and strategic customers.
Primary interaction is with Oracle sales force; however, may interact with external customers as it relates to the development and facilitation of ongoing business and/or business relationship.
Supports the business of interfacing with the sales organization and other internal groups (such as Product Development, Operations, GBU’s, Marketing, etc.)
Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures
2-5 years of Marketing/Business Development experience in the technology industry, preferable software industry
Prior client facing experience – must be comfortable presenting.
Experience should include relationship management.
Background managing exceptions and escalations.
Conversant in Oracle technology and product strategies.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
BA/BS degree OR equivalent experience.
Colorado Pay Range: from $30.29 to $56.73 per hour; from $63,000 to $118,000 per annum; eligible for equity.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
