As Brand Manager of Licensed Coffee Brands, you are responsible for shaping at-home coffee/cocoa strategy and leading marketing execution across a portfolio of well-known master brands such as McCafe®, La Colombe®, Newman’s Own®, Cinnabon®, and Swiss Miss®. You will oversee the development and implementation of plans that build long-term brand health and drive sustainable share growth. This requires curating a deep understanding of consumers, translating that into bold strategies and plans that will break through in a highly competitive category, and working across teams to execute with excellence. To be successful, you must have a clear passion for the consumer, strong marketing fundamentals, a demonstrated ability to champion and drive ideas, and a desire to drive impact and action.

This position is based in our HQ in Burlington, MA and it will have a hybrid schedule: 3 days in the office and 2 days work from home on a weekly basis.


At KDP, our Brand Managers are leaders who have challenger mindsets. They put the consumer at the heart of everything they do, and they lead with a General Management mindset. In this role, you will:

  • Drive development of the portfolio’s strategy, including establishing its vision and growth objectives / plans by leveraging consumer insights, category and consumer trends, and deep understanding of our competition and customer needs. Leverage strong commercial/financial acumen to help deliver the annual operating plan.

  • Champion each brand’s product news (innovation / renovation) strategy and agenda, partnering with Insights, Innovation, and Commercial teams to develop and execute an ongoing pipeline of growth opportunities that deliver our business goals

  • Manage the day-to-day base business, partnering closely with Commercial teams to ensure clear priorities and best-in-class execution across Retail and E-comm / Omni environments

  • Guide analysis of innovation and base business performance leveraging various inputs and evolve our approach based on results. Exercise critical thinking to set high performance standards, measure for success, and adjust plan to deliver against growth agenda.

  • Lead from the front – helping champion the brand’s key growth initiatives and strategically allocating resources to achieve goals.

  • Work effectively with licensed partners to influence, guide, and collaborate across growth initiatives.

  • Lead a High-Performing Team - Manage one (1) direct report. Coach and mentor other brand team members and drive a culture of engagement. Inspire others to take action through authentic leadership, passion, and commitment to winning.


  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBAor related Master’s degree strongly preferred

  • Minimum 5 years of brand marketing/brand management experience. CPG/Beverage experience and/or coffee experience strongly preferred.
