Would you like to:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the marketing teams within each of the Global Business Units (GBUs) to build awareness about the Oracle Digital (OD) team and develop campaigns to be executed by our BDCs, ISRs and ODPs?

  • Onboard new hires and ensure they have access to all the relevant tools and have completed the required learning paths (from soft and sales skills to product training and sessions with Oracle Sales & Partner Academy)?

  • Become a data storyteller - You'll collect, analyze and share the results of both outbound campaigns and marketing activities with the leadership team, sales and marketing orgs?

As the Americas OD Sales & Marketing Programs Lead, you'll join the GBU OD organization and will support the NA and LAD stakeholders of the following GBUs: CGBU, CEGBU,FBGBU and HGBU.

Here's what you'll be doing:

Campaign Planning (35%)

  • Act as the primary point of contact for marketing teams within each of the GBUs to build awareness about GBU OD team and develop campaigns to be executed via the GBU OD team. ,

  • Work with OD Management and GBU Field Sales team to ensure campaign activities are tied in with relevant sales plays and priority areas for the field sales team.

  • Provide guidance to relevant stakeholders in business development, marketing and sales on developing tools, collateral and enablement activities that will assist the GBU OD team in successfully executing the campaigns

  • Develop a “living” calendar of campaigns planned to be executed for each of the GBUs via the OD team. The campaign calendar will include campaign time frames, enablement timelines as well as periodic check-in with stake holders to ensure that campaign execution is on track.

  • Work with marketing and marketing operations team to ensure appropriate lead flow from marketing activities to the GBU OD teams in our CRM.

Campaign Execution (15%)

  • Provide guidance to OD teams on effective execution of campaigns

  • Ensure high level of campaign adoption by OD teams by sharing best practices and supporting the managers in addressing concerns related campaign execution

  • Act as the interface between the GBU OD team and GBU marketing team for addressing any challenges that surface during campaign execution

  • Provide feedback and guidance to GBU marketing team on effectiveness/potential improvement of various messaging, tools and collateral used in executing campaigns.

  • Represent the GBU OD team on marketing and sales update calls to provide input on concluded, ongoing and upcoming campaigns.

  • Highlight the progress, success and challenges identified for each of the ongoing and concluded campaigns to various stakeholders in GBU sales and marketing teams

Campaign Tracking & Reporting (30%)

  • Collect and share campaign results with GBU campaign stakeholders through the course of a campaign at a regular cadence

  • Analyze campaign output to identify effective campaigns that can be replicated in the future

  • Share best practices for continued success and track/report revenue results from campaigns.

  • Review program activities, successes and challenges with executive management on a quarterly basis

Onboarding Support (10%)

  • Standardize the process for new hires to learn and get trained on solutions they will support in the respective GBUs

  • Liaise between OD and solutions team to plan on boarding activities for new hires

Skills & Solutions Enablement (10%)

  • Develop programs with respective GBU to provide ongoing briefings on industry and solution specific topics

  • Work with OD management to identify areas where additional skill development activities are needed for their team and collaborate with OSA to plan delivery of trainings

  • Enable best practice sharing across various regional teams that could help OD managers and reps improve their effectiveness

The primary focus of a Business Development Consultant is to generate demand for Oracle solutions and services through outbound prospecting within an assigned territory or vertical

As a Telesales Business Development Representative you will act as the first contact for many prospects in Oracle business with outbound telemarketing calls. Qualifies Oracle prospects and produce quality leads for the Oracle Sales Force. Performs database and record keeping activities.

Ability to demonstrate time management, telesales skills and knowledge of Oracle products and services (training provided). Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Ability to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products preferred. Desire for a long-term career in sales preferred. Two years relevant business experience preferred.
