We're an award-winning small design practice based in the Boston Area with a widening portfolio of projects, including hospitality, public projects and residential work of all types. The successful candidate will be charged with managing the staffing and production of the firm.

What You Will Be Doing

Responsibilities will include :

  • Direct management of several projects

  • Oversight of job captains on smaller projects

  • Implementing quality control procedures in a strong design/craft environment and mentoring of junior staff

What You Need for this Position

  • Bachelors or Masters in Architecture

  • Minimum of 7-10 years professional architectural experience

  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, MS Office. Revit + other 3-D, design software knowledge a plus

  • 5 years min. construction document and administration experience required, small project experience in the US

  • Knowledge of sustainable building practices and/or LEED accreditation is a plus
