Applied Materials Automation Product Group (APG) seeks to hire a factory productivity and supply chain Global Practice Manager. This position will lead the customer engagement for pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment support for factory productivity and supply chain solutions. A successful candidate will have experience in deploying factory productivity and planning solutions in semiconductor factories. This employee will closely work with the customer to implement the solutions for rapid ROI. They will work closely with the product management team on the go-to-market strategy. They will closely work with Engineering and Services team to implement the solutions to meet customer requirements. They will help lead, build and train a global cross-functional team for pre-sales, deployment, and post-deployment support.

• Experience of deploying planning and scheduling solutions in semiconductor factories (front end and AT factories)

• Strong understanding of factory KPIs and practical experience driving their improvement

• Experience in driving change management related to software deployment

• Experience of using factory productivity software such as AutoSched, APF RTD platform to drive KPI improvements

• Leading cross functional global teams

• Understanding of advanced visualization capabilities

• Understanding of software development principles

• Experience in a leadership role.

• Strong communication skills

• Strong presentation development skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• International and domestic travel required
