We?re currently looking for a dynamic, results-focused Social Media Strategist to join our Digital Marketing team based in our Bosto or Newburyport, MA office, working with clients across the agency. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for implementation of best in class social media programs that maximize our client?s success.
Here?s the mix of what you?ll be doing day to day:
Writing social content for Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest and more
Executing content and handling social community management
Creating monthly and quarterly reports for clients on goals and benchmarking
Creating and executing creative social campaign development and implementation (including contests and giveaways?knowledge of legalities as well as platforms to use to run contests is a must)
Providing real-time reputation auditing, monitoring and planning for key clients
Conducting competitive benchmarking to compare share of voice and impact vis-à-vis current and aspirational competitors; monitor pages of competitors and companies gaining attention to improve our own strategies and tactics
Creating strategy, implementation and reporting for paid social campaigns
Researching, preparing and pitching new business opportunities
Serving as a leader and expert in social, representing the Digital team internally and externally
Along with creativity, drive and self-motivation, your previous experience and attributes will include:
5+ years? experience developing successful, measurable social media programs for multiple clients, both b2b and consumer clients
Knowledge and expertise of social media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, etc.
Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with ability to generate insights, understand competitive analysis, and conduct market assessments
Demonstrated knowledge of paid advertising across social channels; stays current on any changes in paid advertising
Experience creating and implementing solid social strategies, goal-setting and reporting
Experience working with larger cross-functional marketing teams, implementing integrated campaigns in consumer and B2B
Track record of delivering results for clients; raising brand awareness, driving demand and creating creative high-impact connections with customers
Ability to develop and implement high-impact social content and social advertising through messaging and visuals, as a standalone program and as part of broader integrated campaigns
A desire to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, team-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A creative and results-oriented approach to all work that is produced
Exceptional verbal and presentation skills
Bachelor?s degree or equivalent relevant business experience
