We’re currently looking for a dynamic, results-focused Integrated Marketing Specialist to join our Integrated Strategy team based in our Boston or Newburyport, MA office, working with clients across the agency.  The Integrated Marketing Specialist will be responsible for implementation of best - in - class integrated strategy that maximize our client’s success .

Here’s a mix of what you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Work closely with the Integrated Marketing team s to implement and manage marketing campaign strategies for clients .

  • Manage and execute upfront brand strategy work including persona development, competitive analysis, media planning for search, social, display, ABM, etc. , and insight development- brand audits, customer/stakeholder interviews and crafting plans for our creative team and developing guidelines to promote our clients across various channels.

  • Lead and own the execution of projects including email marketing and marketing automation through HubSpot and other CRM platforms like Salesforce, Eloqua , Pardot, Constant Contact.

  • Work with cross-functional teams and client leads as the integrated marketing specialist representative.

  • Support the team that leads strategic recommendations for content strategy and work with the creative team to execute content calendars to ensure our clients have the right assets to promote their business.

  • Assist with the planning of s mart marketing strategies with the account teams , creative teams and channel execution teams that deliver results for our clients across various channels . Help support the full process from strategy and plan development perspective.

  • Raise Matter’s integrated IQ internally by identifying best practices, tools, case studies and campaigns. Keep up to speed with latest developments in Integrated Marketing, identify new opportunities to improve our integrated programs effectiveness.

  • Help develop best-in-class measurement and analytics tools to drive better insights and ROI

  • Opportunity to contribute to new business pitches. 

    Along with creativity, drive and self-motivation, your previous experience and attributes will include:

  • Minimum 3+ years of integrated marketing experience– brand strategy work , e mail marketing , channel planning experience required.

  • Foundational k nowledge of media channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube, Google Ads, etc.

  • CRM /marketing automation experience required. HubSpot, Salesforce, Eloqua or other CRM experience .

  • Direct client service experience a plus.

  • Paid media experience a plus.

  • Experience working with analytics software and tools is a plus: Google Analytics, CMS, DashThis , Agency Analytics, etc.

  • Strong analytical and creative thinking skills with strong ability to generate insights, understand competitive analysis, and conduct market assessments

  • Must be a team player attitude with ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must have robust communications skills – verbal and written (editorial content).
