Role Summary:

Owns the strategy, direction and performance of the Interventional imaging portfolio in the Central Zone.

Essential Responsibilities:

Hit Orders, Revenue, Margin OP targets annually.

Deliver product expertise to Region Modality Leaders and Imaging Account Managers and focus on proper positioning early in deal cycle.

Deal coaching

Activation of IB targets and NPI launches

Apply pattern recognition, positioning, deal understanding

Develop and nurture show sites, references,

Develop share strategies for BEO Top 200

Assist in developing appropriate training curriculum and technical development.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree

Minimum of 5 years selling experience

Desired Characteristics:

Previous experience in the Healthcare industry

Proven experience and success selling Interventional products

Technical Imaging product knowledge

Hospital executive relationship building skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language

Ability to synthesize complex issues and communicate in simple messages

Excellent negotiation & closing skills

Strong presentation skills

Strong relationship building skills

Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization and work well within a team
