Your Role and Responsibilities

The WW Application, Management & Integration (AM&I) Digital and Growth Sales Leader is responsible for achieving or exceeding revenue targets in the AM&I portfolio digital and growth client segment areas.

Responsibilities include the following for the AM&I area.

  • Define and execute portfolio strategy.

  • Design and execute innovative approaches to increase sales through assigned routes to market.

  • Track and analyze pipeline projections and sales results across portfolio product areas and markets to identify gaps and assist the Geographies in instituting actions plans to close those gaps.

  • Create sales plays and other collateral material for Geography, Digital Seller and Partner Sales Manager execution, tracking effectiveness to improve or adjust plays as needed.

  • Identify successful plays, initiatives and actions, sharing them across markets and Geographies.

  • Engage effectively with and influence Offering Management to ensure products and back-end processes are partner-ready and growth-ready.

  • Engage effectively and team with the Digital sales teams to drive revenue in the assigned portfolio.

  • Engage effectively with the overall worldwide sales team for the assigned portfolio to ensure digital and growth client areas are aligned with and considered by the overall sales team in strategy, planning, plays and execution.

  • Participate in periodic reviews and assessments conducted by Offering Management or WW Sales to present the digital and growth client aspects of performance, actions to address weaknesses and help needed to maximize revenue impact.

  • Ensure effective project management in the identification, prioritization and execution of actions to address high impact offering readiness gaps.

  • Analyze the health of the digital ecosystem and growth client business using metrics, tools, field feedback and personal observation to recognize trends, anticipate challenges and act on those with a sense of urgency.

  • Represent the business to the senior leadership team as required.

  • Provide support to WW and Geography digital and growth client leadership teams, eliminating roadblocks and responding with alacrity to their help needed.

  • Coordinate with the enablement team on priorities, plans and execution of digital enablement, providing them with insight and requirements.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • 3+ years of direct sales, business development or product management experience

  • At least one year of sales with Application, Management & Integration product portfolio

  • Solid track record in relationship and business management, developing and maximizing new business and marketing strategies

  • Excellent written and verbal communications, as well as influencing skills

  • Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, while maintaining focus despite conflicting demands

  • Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and work independently

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively, communicate effectively and display commitment and work ethic

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Record of success in developing campaigns, strategies, and solutions that have generated revenue growth

  • Success managing complex technology projects

  • Experience developing and implementing innovative strategies

  • 3+ years successful partner channel sales experience/business development

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Hybrid Cloud technologies

  • 2+ years of sales experience with Application, Management & Integration product portfolio
