Position Summary

Analytics & Behavior Change (A&BC) is an organization working to solve some of the most challenging problems at the intersection of technology, healthcare and retail. A&BC leverages advanced analytics, machine learning, modeling, and a hypothesis-driven approach to quickly transform data into actionable, customer-centric insights to drive growth, improve health outcomes and access to health care across all CVS Health and 100+ million customers.

CVS Health is recruiting for a VP Retail Consumer Analytics. The VP Retail Consumer Analytics will lead a technology team of 150+ responsible for building solutions to increase consumer engagement, empower merchants and automate test and learn for CVS’s 9000+ stores and 100M+ consumers. The team specializes in behavior change, pricing, promotions, marketing, assortment, and loyalty.

You will make an impact by:

  • Develop pricing, promotion, offer and loyalty software solutions

  • Optimize marketing and markdown spend

  • Lead cross-functional technology product teams

  • Deliver $500M+ impact

  • Deploy large-scale systems using cloud-based tech stacks including Snowflake, Palantir, Azure and Google

Required Qualifications

  • 10+ years’ experience in retail

  • Exceptional problem solving and communication skills

  • Demonstrated success delivering 0 to 1 impact

  • Growth mindset and energizing by fast pasted impact driven environments

  • Deeply analytical, with expertise in experimentation methods, statistics, and programming

  • Exceptional at setting goals, obtaining alignment, and delivering impact in matrixed organizations

  • Product management in an agile development environment

  • Advanced degree in in statistics, operations research, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or economics

  • Ability to work Hybrid Model (in local office Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday) in Boston, Woonsocket, or New York
