YOUR JOB

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Serve as a key member of Life is Good leadership team; helping to set and execute short and long-term plans

  • Set wholesale strategy, operating plans, and organizational structure to deliver steady, accelerated growth

  • Establish and execute a 5-year wholesale roadmap that aligns with overall company strategy and our aggressive growth plans

  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue and profitability goals

  • Personally develop strong relationships and strategic partnerships with top 20 wholesale customers

  • Set aggressive goals, for securing new customers, that align with overall company and foster an entrepreneurial mindset in the quest for new customers

  • Constantly strive to understand and deliver based on the consumer’s views of our brand and product

  • Lead, train, manage, mentor and motivate sales team

  • Ensure we have outstanding talent; people who consistently deliver results and fully represent the brand.

  • Develop strategy and execute growth plans for Life is Good Genuine Neighborhood Shoppes

  • Provide strategic leadership, being the voice of the customer, with regard to assortment planning, marketing plans and in-store experience.

  • Work effectively across all functions to meet customer needs

  • Deliver and sustain outstanding customer service to customers through effective partnerships with internal Customer Care and Operations Team

  • Constantly communicate and analyze business through effective use of Life is Good technology and tools
