Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Represent the brand and consumer voice as we accelerate our transition to a consumer centric, close to market business model
Lead your team to provide effective brand strategies to ensure all our business units thrive: lifeisgood.com, wholesale and licensed partnerships
Measurably and substantially grow our brand awareness, community and business
Develop and execute innovative, authentic strategies to broaden the demographic composition of our customer base
Develop and execute a content strategy to ensure that the depth of the brand and the work of our Kids Foundation are well-known and understood
Be the gatekeeper of the brand and brand voice across the organization
Manage and care for our community of optimists by rewarding loyalty and improving overall brand experience
Identify, secure and nurture successful long-term brand partnerships that elevate the brand and expand our audience
Create and execute go-to-market strategies that ensure a cohesive brand message and story across all distribution channels
Develop, manage and allocate the marketing budget in order to meet short and long-term strategic objectives
Lead the team responsible for creative services, social strategy, brand promotions and partnerships, public relations and media partnerships

You have a keen, well-respected creative eye and can give on-brand creative input
You have effectively used social media channels, created powerful content and developed innovative partnerships that grew, elevated and transformed brands
You have effectively managed multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
You are known as an inspiring leader who expertly selects and grows diverse and talented teams
You bring 10+ years of relevant experience

We are working remotely until at least January 2021. When we're together, we're located in the innovative Fort Point neighborhood. You'll be involved in growing our social mission through the Life is Good Kids Foundation.
