A career in our Experience Strategy practice, within Experience Consulting services, will provide you with a unique opportunity to help our clients change customer behaviours through the experience journey starting with a strategy, then through design, and eventually implementation. You’ll focus on bringing interactive tools in the form of mobile apps, websites, or other digital platforms to ensure our clients fully integrate customer and user experiences into their organisation.

We help our clients synthesise user insights and customer experiences to develop strategies with designers and technologists that make a meaningful impact on product offerings. Minimum Years of Experience :

13 year(s) of experience and 8+ years of management, including roles within an agency-like environment.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :

Demonstrates extensive intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success in roles designing and directing research methodologies, including leveraging the following expertise to uncover patterns and themes that lead to consumer and market insights:

  • Quantitative and research acumen, especially usability testing and other methodologies specific to digital strategy, especially usability testing and other methodologies specific to digital strategy;

  • Business models and strategic marketing; and,

  • Strategy process, frameworks, models, strategic marketing, and solutions.

Demonstrates extensive intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success leading and progressing teams in various aspects of digital strategy including web analytics, digital customer strategy, ux research strategy and online marketing.

Demonstrates extensive intimate abilities and/or a proven record of success leading and managing multiple digital marketing-related business development opportunities and/or engagements, from pre-sale and initial scoping through final delivery and sign-off, emphasizing the following areas:

  • Developing strategy, writing, communicating, facilitating, and presenting cogently to and/or for all levels of industry audiences, clients, internal staff, and management;

  • Identifying and addressing client needs, which include the following: developing and sustaining deep client relationships using networking, negotiation, and persuasion skills to identify and sell potential new service opportunities; preparing and presenting complex written and verbal materials; and defining resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collection;

  • Leading, managing, growing and developing department staff across multiple locations;

  • Providing thought leadership and advising peers on industry-leading practices;

  • Identifying and promoting opportunities around hiring, staffing, coaching and training that result in a positive work environment that fosters a pattern of long-term staff retention;

  • Collaborating with operations team and practice Partners to assist in expanding the practice as well as advising on and addressing issues that impede optimal department functionality; and,

  • Identifying new business opportunities, participating in pitches, expanding existing client relationships and maintaining an extensive network of professional connections that can be tapped for outreach.
