As a Sr. Product Manager, you will champion eProcurement solutions that help our customers be more efficient so they can focus on accelerating science.
How you will make an impact
Develop strategic and tactical plans that make it easy to develop, deploy, and manage ULS eProcurement Manager. Engage with customers, partners, and the overall organization to gather VOC and transform those insights into solutions with solid business case support. Transform customer needs into user journeys that can be implemented by development teams. Provide leadership to ensure customer needs, release dates, and quality standards are met. Design and deploy marketing programs to accelerate growth. Drive broad adoption and provide an unparalleled customer experience. With the product opportunity growing extremely rapidly, this leader will need to make excellent decisions on how to prioritize commercial activities and product feature enhancements. The right Product Manager will lead by example, being just as passionate about security and operational performance as they are about all other aspects of the customer experience.
Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field or equivalent. Adept and comfortable with technology and systems; high business acuity
5+ years exp developing business models, customer and market segmentation, marketing plans, sales support/field marketing, and pricing for software products and services
Ability to see the big picture, while navigating technology and partner development decisions and tradeoffs
Strong desire to solve customer's problems and support them through change
Experience creating and delivering digitally enabled products and/or managing services
Experience leading cross functional teams and gaining alignment
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with an emphasis on communicating technical requirements and solutions to internal and external audiences
