Amazon To-Partner Marketing Manager, Partner Marketing in Boston, Massachusetts

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is searching for an energetic, organized, and collaborative To-Partner Marketing Manager to support the AWS Partner Network (APN) To-Partner Marketing Team. As a hands-on Marketing Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to build programs and assets for external partner audiences that drive key business outcomes. AWS works closely with our partner community to deliver broad-ranging business solutions to our customers. The AWS To-Partner Marketing team plays a vital role in shaping the strategy and programs that help our partners connect with customers more effectively.

This is a role where you will be responsible for supporting digital campaigns and assets across our APN Email and Blog channels for a fast-growing organization with a global reach. The ideal candidate has hands-on demand generation experience using WordPress and Marketo (or a similar marketing automation tool). Blog publication, email campaign builds, landing page design, and queue management will be major focus areas for this role.

Key job responsibilities

• Build simple email campaigns, multi-touch email programs, and landing pages.

• Publish blogs via WordPress.

• Proofread emails and blog for clarity, grammar, and spelling.

• Provide content editing support for APN blog and email channels.

• Suggest improvements in emails campaign such as A/B testing programs to optimize email channel.

• Report on progress and relevant email and blog metrics.

• Co-manage and monitor incoming email support and APN Blog queue for the AWS Partner Network.

• Support the calendaring and campaign intake process for email and blog assets with senior team members.

• Follow best practice guidelines for marketing automation platforms, including naming conventions, list management, smart campaigns, targeting, and completion actions.

• Assist with growing the email and blog channel to support APN Email and Blog goals.

Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience

  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data

  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion

  • Understanding of marketing data analytics principles, practices, tools (e.g. Adobe Experience and Creative suite including Acrobat, Analytics, Photoshop), and basic forecasting and tracking skills in Excel.

  • Ability to develop best-in-class marketing assets and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $72,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $155,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
