Wolters Kluwer Health is an established, fast-growing, and innovation-driven healthcare information technology company working on the front lines of clinical care. As a key member of the Wolters Kluwer Health Clinical Effectiveness team you will be working to build new solutions and business models powered by data. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with technologists, clinicians and product leaders to understand business requirements, prioritize projects and deliver solutions throughout the development lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with the development teams to ensure strong pipeline of high value features and solutions with appropriate architecture to support our long term goals. The ideal candidate is driven, passionate for solving complex problems facing the healthcare organizations

LOCATION: Waltham, MA or Chicago, IL or Philadelphia, PA or Remote


  • Prioritize existing and new requirements from a variety of key stakeholders (product, research & analytics, executives, and marketing)

  • Build and maintain a Product Roadmap based on organization’s vision, goals, and success metrics, functional area strategies, user input, and market research

  • Drive transparency to roadmap detail, progress, roadblocks, etc. (across partners, Agile teams, senior leadership, etc.)

  • Sequence the Product Roadmap to ensure features are developed and released aligned to agile principles

  • Document and communicate customer, user, and business requirements, aligned with agile principles

  • Triage and support new features and issues that arise

  • Advocate for the customer and user internally driving customer-centric design, development, and service


Education: Bachelor’s Degree in science or business (preferably analytics major)

Required Experience:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in analytics preferably in healthcare technology

  • 4+ years of project management experience to be able to manage projects independently while meeting critical milestones

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Possess problem-solving skills in an agile environment

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and external partners

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in Agile product management and software development environment is highly preferred

  • Experience with Atlassian or similar tool is preferred

  • Experience working with data platform capabilities, : such as the product experience working through full data cycle (ingestion, normalization, processing, storage, analytics, visualization/reporting, and stewardship (retention/destruction))

  • Experience collaborating with cross functional teams spanning Development, Marketing, and Sales

  • Certification in an Agile, Scrum or Product Management Framework (e.g. Pragmatic Marketing) is a plus

  • Detail-oriented, comfortable with ambiguity and possess ability to make decisions
