You’ll often be
Incubating new business value for our clients in the Metaverse. From Multiparty Systems (Blockchain, Tokenization, NFTs) to Extended Reality (Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality), you will help clients transform through technology by shaping, leading, and implementing strategic assessments and tools at the intersection of technology and policy.
Advising our business group and clients on Responsible Metaverse. From identifying key risks and considerations to identifying and measuring the business value.
Serving our clients on their innovation journey. Starting with eliminating the market noise, to concepting, to making it real. You will then formulate the approach and deliver measurable business value.
Pioneering the Metaverse by advancing the use of its many building blocks: Multiparty Systems & Blockchain, Extended Reality, Digital Identity, Hardware (AR/VR Goggles & Lenses), Software (Gaming Platforms & Virtual Worlds), etc.
Scanning the Metaverse ecosystem to identify and build relationships with differentiating partners to build Accenture-led industry consortia.
Fortifying Accenture’s Metaverse practice and market position by creating content and taking part in professional forums, both internal and external.
You should have experience with some of the following:
Experience with the Metaverse and/or one of its key building blocks (e.g., Web 3.0, Extended Reality, security, privacy, trust & safety, diversity and inclusion, sustainability).
Awareness of and enthusiastic about the enterprise value of the Metaverse.
Communicating new and complex scenarios and solutions in a simple, logical manner that addresses varying audiences from business process leads to the CEO.
Understanding industry or business challenges and explaining how an offering and service provides value with an objective and independent point of view.
Working through organizational change and/or expanding ecosystem relationships, developing, and delivering creative solutions.
Insights on key methodologies, approaches, and market trends in the industry.
For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here's what you need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience
Minimum of 7 years experience working at the intersection of policy and technology
Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated knowledge of the enterprise value of Metaverse and/or knowledge of processes, tools, or technologies related to the Metaverse
Minimum of 5 years experience in building and executing strategies for large scale organizations
Bonus point if you have
Technology policy expertise around user data privacy, cybersecurity, digital identity, blockchain, content moderation, ethics, etc.
Experience engaging with industry consortia
Understanding of XR and Web 3.0 technologies and applicable risks and policies standards
Strong storytelling, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
Self starter who can rapidly ideate, architect, and implement bold, visionary initiatives
Comfortable wearing different hats and supporting a growing business group
As required by Colorado law under the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $147,700 - 305,000 and information on benefits offered is here.
