Kforce's client in Boston, Massachusetts (MA) is looking for a Technical Writer to join their project.Summary: The role of the Technical Writer is to assist and support product ownership on individual projects to conduct business analysis, write user stories and user acceptance criteria, communicate to all stakeholders, and follow user stories through the SDLC. They are expected to play a role in a wide range of work assignments that may include requirements collection, data collection, quantitative analysis, report design, report drafting, and preparation of various materials for client presentations

  • Experience working in Agile SDLC environment

  • Experience in writing system requirements documents based on business requirements

  • Experience in reviewing detailed test scripts for System, Integration, and User Acceptance Test Phases

  • Experience in identifying impacts to the system based on business requirements changes

  • Medical billing and claiming experience highly desired

  • High level SQL experience highly desired

  • Full technical knowledge of all phases of applications systems analysis and development

  • Working knowledge of business analysis methodology and software development lifecycle

  • Extensive skill in planning and organizing work to meet goals and complete multiple assignments without compromising accuracy

  • Extensive skill in effective verbal and written communications with other computer professionals and clients

  • Effectively communicate to developers and testers the scope, purpose, requirements and the solution

  • Strong Microsoft Office applications skills

  • Excellent business writing skills and ability to make presentations to various audiences

  • Exceptional organizational/time management abilities with superior attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently

  • Ability to prioritize work in a team/sprint environment

  • Ability to prioritize work based on SDLC dependencies

  • Ability to communicate technical subjects to a business audience and business subjects to a technical audience

  • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset

  • Proven ability to take initiative to move daily work forward
