Our global team recruits the talent that creates software to help our customers imagine, design, and make a better world. Use your technical sourcing expertise to identify, research, prospect, attract and market our technical roles. This role is a blend of strategic resourcing (what’s happening next) and tactical resourcing (the here and now). You’ll need to have nimble learning capabilities to quickly understand the Autodesk business so you can develop the right strategies to engage candidates from the start.

Sourcing Strategy: Define, design and execute sourcing strategies that result in quality submittals as well as hires. Work with technical recruiters to form a sourcing strategy for specific job openings based on geography, industry, and required experience
Insights: Use talent market knowledge to advise hiring managers and technical recruiters to achieve successful hiring outcomes. This includes understanding and mapping the talent landscape using tools such as Linkedin Talent Insights, internal calibration and referrals, and matching those data points with the external talent supply
Partnership: Establish and maintain solid working relationships with Recruiters and other Talent Scouts as will as hiring managers
Storytelling: Articulate the Autodesk vision and story to active and passive technical talent
Candidate Management : Ensure target candidates are approached, qualified and passed off to the manager/recruiter within agreed timescales
Candidate Presentation: Write descriptive and relevant candidate notes in executive summary form (candidate background, achievements, motivations, comp expectations, hurdles to hiring) for presentation to hiring manager
Innovative Sourcing : Recommend creative and results-oriented ideas to cultivate diverse pipeline. Lead inclusive sourcing sessions to enable hiring managers to leverage their networks to attract talent and drive referrals
Pipeline Management: Build, track and engage candidate pools for future roles using our CRM (Beamery). Candidate pools include passive candidate leads, diversity partner event leads, candidate leads that progress in searches and aren’t hired and referrals
Community Management: Develop and connect with focused talent communities by keeping them updated and informed of Autodesk through periodic forms of communication
Branding and Events: Partner with our recruiting events team to engage attendees and drive them into relevant talent pipelines. This includes helping to design events, coach stakeholders and present on relevant skills and roles
Minimum of 3+ years as a Sourcer or Recruiter within a corporate, agency or tech environment
Proven success sourcing candidates for cloud-based technologies, SW development, data engineering, AI, machine learning and data scientist roles to name a few
Prior use of talent market insights and data to influence decisions and strategy
Deep knowledge of creative and non-traditional sourcing channels as well as diversity recruiting channels
Effective at partnering with recruiters, partners and clients in the business
Strong communication skills and team player: You understand how to keep stakeholders appraised without prompting and adapt your style to a technical engineer vs. a VP
You’ll know how to write a good email. Concise, well worded and clear email communication is a skill that we value, as is someone who knows they are accountable and how to prioritize workloads
Your approach to work includes a positive attitude, a high degree of ownership, and a focus on results
