The Delivery & Signals group within Ads & Business Platform at Facebook envisions a future where businesses of all sizes choose to run ads on Facebook because our system delivers value and preserves privacy. The Delivery & Signals TPM team aims to help redefine personalized ads in a way so that every consumer wants Facebook ads because we offer helpful, engaging, and valuable content.As a Product TPM on this team, you will work with engineering, data science and other cross-functional teams to build and launch new experiences and capabilities to define Facebook’s long-term, holistic, scalable approach to ingesting and using offsite signals in a privacy-preserving way, improving engineering efficiencies, as well as drive scalability. In this role, you will also contribute to defining the vision for the future of our use of privacy-preserving technologies and their impact on our products and revenue.

Required Skills:

  1. Work closely with engineering, data science, and other cross-functional teams to deliver new experiences and capabilities for Offsite Signals product suite.

  2. Drive key platforms and programs for Signals products, engineering efficiency, and the use of privacy-preserving technologies across Facebook Ads.

  3. Develop overall strategy and roadmap for execution of the vision, working closely with the engineering and product management counterparts.

  4. Communicate effectively across functions and to the broader org as well as leadership on the vision and program status.

  5. Work proactively to identify and mitigate challenges as well as troubleshoot bottlenecks.

  6. Identify the need for creating new programs and proactively advise engineering and product counterparts on product vision as well as technical architecture.

  7. Help the team define and keep the team updated on key performance indicators (SLAs) for the platforms. Effectively coordinate communication in case of any issues.

  8. Operate autonomously.

  9. Articulate the technology, requirements, goals and milestones of your team.

  10. Build strong partnerships with key cross-functional teams within Ads and across Facebook.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or 7+ years of equivalent experience in large scale web based applications engineering.

  2. 7+ years of software engineering, machine learning, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.

  3. Experience delivering technical programs or products from inception to delivery.

  4. Knowledge of user needs, gathering requirements, and defining scope.

  5. Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, demonstrated critical thinking, and thought leadership.

  6. Communication experience and experience working with technical management teams to develop systems, solutions, and products.

  7. Large technical company organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience.

  8. Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale systems.

  9. Experience establishing work relationships across multi-disciplinary teams and multiple partners in different time zones.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Understanding of cutting edge privacy-preserving technologies.
