Quickbase Tech Alliances Manager in Boston, Massachusetts
As a Tech Alliances Manager, your primary objective is to ensure that Quickbase's strategic partnership with Tech Alliances is successful. You will have a proactive approach to building partnerships, a passion for strategic relationship management, and an understanding of the SaaS space.
Responsibilities
Manage an alliance framework which leads cross-functional teams to effectively deliver on the mission and goals of the partnership
Responsible for the leadership, management, coordination, and administration with the Tech partnerships
Evaluate, prioritize, and manage strategic and tactical activities supported by cross-functional teams based on alignment to strategic global initiatives, including build-with and sell-with programs
Monitor partnership activities and define corrective actions for effectiveness and efficiency
Orient the team to ensure understanding and alignment in expectations and deliverables
Manage the business process, continuously refining, communicating, and enabling, as needed
Collaborate with Operations to report partnership KPIs and qualitative measures to internal and external executive leadership, including reconciling financial results
Coordinate Marketing, Enablement, and evangelization activities globally (ex. Global Sales Kick Off event)
Manages Tech Alliance investments, incentives, and partnership budget for all activities, including corporate events
Consult with sales and technical enablement to ensure execution of activities which drive awareness, understanding and adoption within field, operational and cross-functional teams
Qualifications
5+ years of alliance management or similar experience
Experience building partnerships from scratch
SaaS experience
