What You’ll Get to Do

This is an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Sourcer who will play a key role in our ongoing hiring efforts! As a Strategic Sourcer within the Talent Acquisition team, you’ll be responsible for the development and execution of creative recruitment strategies by attracting a diverse candidate pool to our critical roles. In addition, you will be a business partner aligned to the recruitment strategy requiring competitive intelligence and talent mapping to drive Talent Outcomes. The business requires market intelligence to make informed decisions about footprint alignment, adjacent market group, and to drive Diversity Initiatives. Together, we will work to achieve greater recruiting efficiency and improved candidate outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role with collaborate with TA Business Partner to align with HRBPs, lead recruiters & hiring managers to brainstorm on hiring plans to meet staffing needs.

  • Work closely with recruiters to identify and produce the right outcomes, effectively manage priority changes and offer creative solutions to various business challenges.

  • Proactively build pipelines while identifying potential candidates through web sourcing, networking, using group research, referrals and other creative ways to fill pipelines.

  • Call, screen, and sell prospective candidates on taking the first step toward discovering their career with Thermo Fisher and all it has to offer the Industry's top talent

  • Knowledge of the unique motivators and workforce traits of technical talent

  • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and social media messaging by clearly articulating the Gartner value proposition

  • Generate and engage passive candidates through creative marketing and social messaging with LinkedIn, Boolean sourcing, and alternative search techniques.

  • Consistently maintain and track pipeline activity to share with Hiring Managers and Recruiters.

  • Talent Map, drive competitive intelligence initiatives, advise business on outcomes, and build Talent Strategy with TABP

Qualifications and Experiences:

  • BA/BS degree or comparable experience.

  • A great teammate.

  • Experience collaborating with and managing the priorities of multiple stakeholders across teams

  • Knowledge of Digital, Software, and Strategy Markets

  • Comfort building competitive intelligence decks and presenting to senior leaders

  • Proven experience utilizing sourcing tools and technology

  • Validated ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.

  • 2+ years in a similar role is preferred.
