This role is eligible for the following personas: Mobile and ResidentWe are seeking a Talent Acquisition Senior Manager to help lead our team at BCBSMA. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition in this role you’ll lead a team of talented recruiters. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and ambitious and want to leave their mark on our continuously evolving Talent Acquisition team. You will ensure operational excellence and partner with our hiring managers to provide strategic direction based on market driven data insights. You will bring your leadership experience and innovative mindset to a company that is driving innovation in healthcare every day.

Responsibilities:

o   Be the market expert representing the Talent Acquisition area to hiring managers and business partners

o   Partner with business facing recruiters to identify staffing needs and develop innovative short term and long-term recruitment and engagement strategies

o   Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly data reports on recruiting effectiveness, success metrics and present to HR Senior Leadership team

o   Escalate attraction, market alignment or engagement issues to talent partners, hiring leaders and business partners for resolution

o   Leverage market intelligence to influence the recruiting process and hiring decision with hiring leaders and executives

o   Successfully source, attract and hire talent for key leadership roles

o   Uses creative techniques to proactively source, develop, and maintain qualified and diverse pipelines of talent

o   Be a proactive brand ambassador and participate in networking events and community initiatives to source new talent and build employment brand

o   Manage projects aimed at continuous improvement, particularly in the areas of candidate experience, equity and compliance

Qualifications:

o   Superior verbal, written, and interpersonal communication; excellent presentation, negotiation and organizational skills

o   Superior learning agility, flexibility and problem solving

o   Ability to coach and personalize management style

o   Deep knowledge of the local and national labor market, including current trends in employment and diversity recruiting

o   Data driven mindset with ability to glean insights and recommendations from analysis and present findings in a clear, concise way

o   Minimum of 10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience with at least 3 years of direct management Â

o   Prior applicant tracking system (ATS) experience required, ideally with Workday

o   Prior experience with a sourcing CRM preferred

o   Recruitment branding ownership and consultation

o   Bachelor’s degree required
