Wayfair Talent Acquisition Process Enablement Manager in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><strong>Overview</strong></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The TA Process Enablement team was formed with the mission to establish recruiting and sourcing best practice and tool usage expectations that are proven to drive desired outcomes, and are tightly integrated with technology.&nbsp; We act as the voice of the recruiter to crystalize user needs and build process solutions that create the best user experience possible while hiring top talent at scale.&nbsp; In partnership with our Talent Technology team, we ensure new and existing technology matches the ideal state recruiting process, and initiate change when systems and processes are out of alignment.</span></p>

<p><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Develop work plan and timeline with key dependencies, deliverables, and milestones</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead corporate talent acquisition process enablement initiatives, solicit buy in, partner with global cross-functional teams and deliver scalable solutions</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Act as the voice of the recruiter to lead creation and evolution of workflows for new and existing tools in our recruiter tools ecosystem</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Establish a corporate recruiting center of excellence, which will be the centralized hub for templates, tools, and best practices for all the global recruiting organization</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with talent analytics team to establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruiting processes</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Analyze data to identify trends, provide insights and make recommendations to stakeholders and cross-functional partners to develop scalable solutions, programs and policies to improve the recruiter and candidate experiences</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Collaborate closely with our talent technology team to propose and drive system and process improvements that align with evolving business needs, deliver results, and enable us to grow and scale</span></li>

<p><strong>What You’ll Need&nbsp;</strong></p>

<ul>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">4+ years of experience in a corporate environment as program manager or similar; familiarity with talent tools and processes a plus</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience creating and executing against a 6-12 month roadmap; including managing multiple lanes of work to a deadline, influencing and keeping stakeholders informed, and measuring success based on business goals and metrics</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A strategic thinker who can leverage data to form insights, identify root cause, evaluate risks and tradeoffs, and influence decisions</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">A strong, highly collaborative working style, and a willingness to roll-up your sleeves and execute</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong relationship management skills with an ability to build trust and credibility with senior stakeholders to influence decision making</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to be nimble in order to respond to shifting priorities to meet business needs</span></li>
