Job Description:

At Regions, the Talent Acquisition Partner provides full life cycle recruiting for all business units across the footprint within the Bank. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, as well as planning/coordinating interview and selection procedures. This role is as one of the senior members of the Talent Acquisition team and will lead projects, function as a subject matter expert for all things recruiting and assist in mentoring/coaching other Talent Acquisition Partners. To be successful in this role, one should be able to develop long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, the Talent Acquisition Partner will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Partners with hiring managers and Human Resources (HR) Partners to get a clear view of their hiring needs

  • Coordinates a targeted sourcing strategy utilizing various tools such as, internet, social platforms, internal database and professional networks

  • Identifies new and creative ways to source candidates

  • Plans interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, in person interviews, and assessment

  • Responds and communicates in a timely manner to all candidates, partners and hiring managers

  • Assesses candidates to ensure qualification match, cultural fit and compatibility

  • Offers guidance and facilitate the offer process through to its completion

  • Assists with the candidate’s transition and onboarding process

  • Networks and build long-lasting candidate/client relationships

  • Maintains ongoing personal/professional development

  • Supports a single corporate business unit or high-end revenue generating business unit

  • May leverage knowledge and experience to provide guidance on best practices to team members with less experience

This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field

  • Ten (10) years’ experience in related HR field and with seven (7) years’ experience in recruiting

  • Previous experience with candidate sourcing tools and methods

This role can work remote within a reasonable driving distance to a Regions Branch, Consumer Operations, or Professional Office Building with a preference for Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, or North Carolina.

Compensation Details

Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

The target information listed below is based on the national range and level of the position

$59,340.00 USD

Median:

$95,970.00 USD
