Job Description:

The Talent Acquisition Program Manager II will be a highly visible and hands on execution leader providing Business Management expertise across all lines of businesses that Enterprise Pathways supports:

  • The successful candidate will be a strong, decisive, results oriented leader who can develop and manage relationships across a wide variety of business and HR partners, non-profit partners and community colleges based on trust, teamwork and knowledge.

  • This role will include diverse, advanced, and confidential responsibilities related to business support, cross-team initiatives, and leadership team coordination.

  • The individual should possess a very high attention to detail and demonstrable accuracy of work product, as their work output will be used by senior executives in GTA, GHR and the line of business.

  • Strong project management, written communications, creative and effective executive presentations, and the ability to gather, review, and analyze data to answer questions and tell the story about how the function is driving business results will be critical to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serves as a key advisor and assisting Senior Executive with a full range of engagements with peers and senior leaders, including preparing senior executive level presentations

  • Ensure communication, coordination, and connectivity across the leadership team

  • Partner with peers and control partners to ensure strong regulatory and risk deliverables and engagements and ensure adherence to risk management and operational risk policies and processes

  • Consults with peers in evaluating and supporting administration of cross enterprise initiatives

  • Holistically own the successful execution of team events and routines, including agenda, attendees, content, speakers, logistics, related communications, and feedback gathering (all hands meetings, town halls, business reviews, round tables, etc.)

  • Autonomously manage cross-team responsibilities including budgeting/forecasting, training, and access management

  • Track progress against team priorities and material initiatives underway (including items discussed at management and DR meetings) and ensure follow-through
