As a Sustainability Communications & Engagement Expert, you will be bring a combination of communications knowledge and strategic capabilities to lead project teams in developing client solutions and delivering high-quality environmental sustainability consulting services for our clients in the US.

Does this describe the responsibilities of your next role?
The primary responsibilities consist of the performance of work that requires advanced knowledge and that is predominantly intellectual in character and consistently includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment. In particular, the position will include a combination of the following responsibilities:
Support and lead client-facing strategic communications and sustainability strategy projects based on project scope and client needs, working closely with Quantis experts. Client-facing work may include:
Write engaging sustainability narratives and claims that translate metrics into relevant communications across digital/print media, including infographics, brochures, presentations, reports, videos.
Develop ESG/environmental sustainability strategies through peer benchmarking, regulatory review, industry trends assessment, materiality assessment, and sustainability gap analysis.
Translate clients’ environmental sustainability strategies and progress to-date into original content for reports, slide decks, and other communications. This may include content that aligns with global sustainability reporting and regulatory frameworks (ex. CDP, GRI, SASB, CSRD, TCFD, etc.).
Develop strategies and content to engage client stakeholders on sustainability topics to educate and/or create buy-in. This can include workshop design and facilitation across all levels of the organization.
Build a solid rapport with clients, guiding them with a consultant posture from crafting the scope of work to developing excellent deliverables.
Manage client projects from kick-off through completion, including managing all rounds of edits and revisions, understanding and translating client needs for designers and writers, maintaining project timelines and carrying out administrative tasks.
Ensure overall quality, style, and consistency of communications projects, on-time and on- budget.
Support communications team marketing activities with building case studies & collecting materials for thought leadership pieces.
Support client meetings and workshops organization - taking notes, drafting meetings and workshop summaries, preparing materials, etc.
Participate in developing new business, working alongside sustainability consultants to craft compelling proposals, sell-in projects, and manage client relationships.
Collaborate across sectors, solutions, support functions, both in the US and globally.
You will be successful in your role if you:

Some logistics to consider
Location: Any location in the US. You'll have the possibility to work collaboratively in the Boston office as needed as well as to regularly meet your colleagues on team retreats.
Start date: As soon as possible
Ability to travel, approximately 30% of work time for client or internal Quantis work and conferences
Quantis has a distinctive, fluid structure nurtured by our Quantis Spirit and our way of collaborating, that, in combination with our paid time off and other benefits, provides a positive and unique working environment. Salary will be determined based on potential for contribution to the organization’s success. The compensation target for this role ranges from $118,000/year - $125,000/year.
