Wayfair Supplier Marketing Analytics Leader in Boston, Massachusetts

<p><strong>Associate Director, Triggered Supplier Notifications</strong></p>

<p><strong>Location</strong>: Boston</p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner Home (PH) is Wayfair’s supplier facing ecosystem that enables our 16,000+ supplier-partners to manage and grow their business through Wayfair.&nbsp; As part of that ecosystem, the Supplier Marketing team closely collaborates with Product Management, Engineering, Category and Ops teams in order to drive successful outcomes for our supplier base.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">As the Associate Director of the Triggered Supplier Notifications team, you will be part of the global Supplier Marketing team whose mission it is to drive supplier engagement &amp; success across Wayfair’s platform by surfacing the right content &amp; messaging, at the right time, through the right channels, to the right supplier contact. You will contribute to the global tech and testing roadmap and own the outcomes for Wayfair’s supplier base, reporting into the global Head of Notifications &amp; Recommendations.&nbsp;</span></p>

<p><strong>What You'll Do</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Lead a team of 3 supplier notifications &amp; recommendations specialists.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Define the playbook and roadmap to automate notifications &amp; recommendation along the end to end supplier journey.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Create clear, insightful and comprehensive user stories to make the aforementioned success factors come to life.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Partner with a variety of stakeholders, such as global commercial leaders (e.g. Category Management, Promotions, Operations) to understand key success factors for supplier onboarding/growth, as well as Product Management &amp; Engineering teams to drive tech solutions to translate user stories into notifications &amp; automation feature releases.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Prioritize between workstreams to ensure timely results and ongoing refinement of the supplier recommendations and notifications roadmap.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute to the definition of metrics and measurement requirements in partnership with the Supplier Marketing Analytics team.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Continuously experiment, test and refine the automated notifications and recommendations playbook.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Contribute innovative and strategic ideas to shape the overall Supplier Marketing Notifications and Recommendations team with leadership and peers in other swimlanes.</span></li>


<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">&nbsp;</span><strong>What You'll Need</strong></p>


<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">8+ years’ of professional experience, with preference for candidates with a mix of start-up and large-company experience; MBA preferred with </span><span style="font-weight: 400;">with 4+ years of post-MBA experience</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Previous experience in B2B, SaaS or B2C marketing, ideally with a focus on performance marketing + retention</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Experience in managing, building diverse teams and creating an inclusive and supportive environment</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Track record of helping product &amp; engineering teams design and build scalable, end-to-end experiences and features.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Strong analytical / structured problem-solving skills incl. experience in mining large data sets and coaching teams on these skills.&nbsp;</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Familiarity with SQL/Big Query preferred, including a desire to develop the skill set.</span></li>

<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ability to identify and succinctly summarize roadblocks and constraints, propose potential solutions, and drive towards resolution.</span></li>
