The Chewy product design team works on innovating our flagship Chewy platforms and developing new products and services across the entire Chewy ecosystem.\u0026amp;nbsp;You\u0026amp;nbsp;might be helping pet parents find\u0026amp;nbsp;just the right\u0026amp;nbsp;toys,\u0026amp;nbsp;food, and medicine\u0026amp;nbsp;to keep them happy and healthy. \u0026amp;nbsp; What You’ll Do \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Transform\u0026amp;nbsp;customer and\u0026amp;nbsp;business objectives\u0026amp;nbsp;into compelling products that have\u0026amp;nbsp;purpose,\u0026amp;nbsp;simplicity, and are feasible to build. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Lead innovative and\u0026amp;nbsp;systems\u0026amp;nbsp;thinking across\u0026amp;nbsp;a range of\u0026amp;nbsp;products, platforms, and devices\u0026amp;nbsp;with a bias for action and crisp management of multiple priorities. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Manage the design process\u0026amp;nbsp;from discover and concept ideation;\u0026amp;nbsp;through flows and wireframes;\u0026amp;nbsp;to full-fidelity prototype designs.\u0026amp;nbsp; \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Collaborate with\u0026amp;nbsp;business stakeholders,\u0026amp;nbsp;product managers, developers, content strategists, user researchers, and other designers. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Champion cohesion and consistency\u0026amp;nbsp;to\u0026amp;nbsp;unite a growing family of products\u0026amp;nbsp;while building a culture of\u0026amp;nbsp;invention and innovation. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Clearly present your design process, inspiration, and decisions to stakeholders including C-suite executives. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Nurture Chewy’s culture and principles within the group while setting new standards in executional and operational excellence.  \u0026amp;nbsp;

    \u0026amp;nbsp; Basic Qualifications \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • 7+ years of experience as a user experience designer, interaction designer, information architect, or similar role \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • 4+ years leading large-scale initiatives and mentoring designers in your area of expertise. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • A track record of delivering high-quality\u0026amp;nbsp;digital products that delivered results and demonstrate the depth of your design skills; illustrated in a portfolio or case studies. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Achieved mastery of a core set of design skills in Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and User Interface Design. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Demonstrated\u0026amp;nbsp;communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills\u0026amp;nbsp;that\u0026amp;nbsp;communicate complex concepts clearly across different audiences and levels of the organization. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • A proven ability to\u0026amp;nbsp;evaluate\u0026amp;nbsp;the\u0026amp;nbsp;customer and business\u0026amp;nbsp;impact of your\u0026amp;nbsp;design\u0026amp;nbsp;decisions\u0026amp;nbsp;inside and outside of your\u0026amp;nbsp;own product\u0026amp;nbsp;area. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Bachelor’s, or equivalent degree, in Design, HCI, or related field or equivalent professional experience with the design field. \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Position may require travel\u0026amp;nbsp;and will require time in the local office. \u0026amp;nbsp;

    \u0026amp;nbsp; Preferred Qualifications \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Track record of delivering designs that adapt to multiple\u0026amp;nbsp;platforms\u0026amp;nbsp;from desktop web to mobile \u0026amp;nbsp;

  • Experience handling complex services and transactions
