Merge Sr. UX Designer in Boston, Massachusetts
This role works in conjunction with Creative Director or Associate Creative Director, Content Writers, Digital Strategy, Account Management, Project Management, Production, and Technology teams to develop and execute innovative design, UX, responsive/mobile websites, eCommerce, social media promotions, native and nonnative OS apps, email campaigns, landing pages, and other digital marketing projects.

Core functional responsibilities include
Develop concepts & design layouts with expert knowledge in front-end and visual experiences (no coding required) that align to current digital trends and best practices
Demonstrate a deep experience in web/app/UI/UX
Responsible for wireframing, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
Create work that is mindful of the client?s measurement objectives
Ability to prepare and present concept & layouts internally and to Clients
Team oriented with a positive, ?can do? attitude
Collaborates with assigned art director to execute final projects
Creative problem solver and rock-star visual designer, and enjoy a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Extremely well organized and detail-oriented
Passionately keeps up with evolving design trends and best practices
Work on other new business initiatives as needed
Deliver all assignments on time and on budget
Coding skills not required
Able to think conceptually and strategically
An impressive design portfolio with a strong emphasis on digital which includes working on a variety of clients, industries and projects, UI/UX strategy & execution
Strong attention to detail and consistently performs self-review of work before submission
Expert in digital design, UX, wireframes, PDD, type and color
Expert in Adobe Suite, Sketch/InVision
Good presentation skills
Has the big picture view of any given assignment and understands the context of the client, industry and market
Communicates effectively & frequently with entire team
Able to work independently and collaboratively
Able to juggle multiple projects and priorities
Strong work ethic and positive outlook
Demonstrates a commitment to the agency and client
Knows when to alert management of any developments that might impact the project and or client relationships
Always timely and professional in appearance and manner when meeting with clients
Adheres to all internal administrative policies including prompt submission of time sheets, expense reports, attendance, reporting time out of the office, etc.
3-5 years agency or creative department experience
Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or Financial marketing a plus
