Job Description

The Sr. Specialist, Digital is responsible for championing a best-in-class Social and Search practice within the Marketing Solutions team. They are tasked with digital strategy and execution while working with the Director of Digital in evaluation, recommendation, activation and optimization within Marketing Solutions team to serve clients across multiple industries.

The Sr. Specialist, Digital will adhere to the strategic communications planning methodology when developing digital advertising recommendations on behalf of clients.

We partner with the worlds leading martech and adtech brands to power our customer engagement platform orchestrating communications via email, direct mail, search, programmatic and social platforms. Our team of omni-channel experts in creative, analytics, data and communications planning leverage our full suite of capabilities to meet the unique business needs of our clients.

Essential Functions/Core Responsibilities

Industry -Leading Capabilities Curation

  • Stay informed of important industry trends client expectations, leading providers, latest innovations, etc.

  • Identify qualified digital advertising partners for potential working relationships and partnerships

  • Align the CNX MS digital team capabilities (people, process, technology) with industry expectations

  • Assist with developing the business case for investment

Strategic Communications Planning

  • Active member of the Digital Activation team, collaborating with others in the develop of sound strategiesacross all digitalchannel;s

  • Bring innovation to the go-to-market strategies

  • Ensure consistency in quality and method of service delivery

Digital Activation and Optimization

  • Responsible for execution of digital programs and interacting with clients on a regular basis

  • Create detailed campaign plans/schedules for client review and authorization

  • Steward all digital campaigns

  • Resolve billing discrepancies

  • Provide post analysis of campaigns including quarterly recap for client

  • Involvement in higher levelbrain stormand collaborationsessions

  • Involved in presentation to client for approval

  • Involved in brand meetings to download appropriate vendors

  • Work with vendors and clients to create research programs to prove out the larger campaigns and presentations of results to the client

  • Create campaign performance reports for client submission

  • Enter buys into system and oversee delivery of Insertion Orders to vendors

  • Interact withfunctions within Concentrix Marketing Solutions (Creative, Account Management and Program Management)

  • Trafficking and tagging of creative

  • Working knowledge of industry trafficking and reporting tools (DSPs, FB Ad Manager, Google Ads,etc)

  • Ability to confidently and clearly present work to the client, verbally and in document form.

  • A desire to understand the broader media landscape and its impact on digital campaigns and strategies.

Candidate Profile

*This position is open to USA & CAN - Work-At-Home

  • Bachelors Degree from a four year college in related field, with four to six years of experience preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to effectively present information to internal and external candidates

  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership with focus on continuous improvement

  • Self-starter, sense of urgency, and works well under pressure

  • Strong customer service disposition and sense of professionalism

  • Solid understanding of the organization's business operations and industry. Demonstrated business acumen

  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
