The Worldwide Alliances & Channels organization at Salesforce provides global leadership developing partnerships with our Strategic Consulting and Service Partners. Salesforce is redefining the industry. The Sr. Analyst is vital to this transformation, leading the development of Loyalty Management & Scheduler implementation excellence within the Industry Cloud Solution Alliances ecosystem.

Role Description

The Cloud Solution Alliances Sr. Analyst position is responsible for developing and executing a Global Partner Practice Development Strategy program in collaboration with partners, regional sales teams, supporting channel organizations, and other key partners. The candidate will develop and drive the execution of Salesforce’s Cloud Solution Alliances programs and initiatives that focus on growing our partner ecosystem's capacity and capabilities. The Sr. Analyst is also responsible for evangelizing Salesforce’s value proposition within the partner organization.

Your Impact

  • Work directly with selected Salesforce partners to develop training programs for the Loyalty Management & Scheduler that include repeatable implementation training assets, reference architectures and solutions.

  • Collaborate with internal experts and the learning designer team to craft, build & maintain training content and a credential exam to equip our partners for project readiness, delivering on Salesforce’s core value of Customer Success.

  • Coordinate with the Salesforce internal partners to deliver webinars/training including Release Readiness, New Product Introduction enablement training for alliance partners.

  • Plan and deliver partner training including workshops, webinars and partner advisory boards.

  • Work with various Salesforce cross-functional team members to build and implement partner capacity and capabilities plans in targeted regions to drive certification growth and program efficiency.

  • Conduct regular cadence with selected consulting and internal partners (e.g. product managers, partner account managers, go-to-market, product marketing managers, etc.).

Minimum Qualifications

  • Salesforce Admin certificate or willing to achieve it during onboarding

  • High degree of confidence in developing and presenting technical content and delivering technical training virtually or in person.

  • Ability to effectively collaborate with a variety of cross-functional team members

  • Analytical, organizational and project management skills, using relevant information to make timely decisions.

  • Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willingness to travel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in a Salesforce technical role is preferred.

  • Experience in Loyalty Management, Incentive Management or Industry experience is an advantage

  • Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder or Consultant Certification(s) (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc) preferred

  • Prior experience working with one or more Industry specific clouds (Rebate Management, Consumer Goods, etc. or Common components (Scheduler, Surveys, Data Processing Engine, etc.) is an advantage

  • BA/BS/MS/MBA or other related advanced degree preferred

Expected travel

25% or higher as needed
