Welcome to Pega Customer Service product marketing. We work across functions to create the product positioning and messaging needed to win big in a hyper competitive market. Our team establishes the product voice for Pega Customer Service globally. We partner closely with strategy, product management as well as all the Go-to-Market functions including marketing, PR and brand, sales, sales enablement, consulting, customer success (and more!). We shape the value propositions, customer-facing sales assets, marketing campaigns and partner-led marketing efforts. As a key member of the Pega product marketing team, you will develop and deliver differentiated product positioning and messaging for Pega’s Customer Service. You will work closely with product management, marketing, sales to manage the Pega Customer Service messaging. You will conceptualize and produce compelling content (e.g. ebooks, videos, webinars, presentations etc.) to fuel sales, marketing and customer success and effectively convey the value of Pega’s offerings. you get to work closely with cross functional marketing teams to create and execute go to market programs and evangelize the offerings through all marketing channels.

What You'll Do at Pega:

  • Be a subject matter expert for Pega’s Customer Service solutions

  • Create, publish and maintain informative product positioning, messaging, and content

  • Create, review and deliver presentations to effectively differentiate the product in the market place

  • Synthesize market intelligence & customer insights to develop a deep understanding of our market and customer segments

  • Craft & author compelling audience-specific messaging

  • Work closely with product management to help guide the product direction, possible new features, functions and technology to be included within the solution

  • Partner with Marketing to measure and manage impact of marketing product content on the customer lifecycle, bookings and revenue

  • Partner with the enablement team to drive the development of training and education materials for prospect-facing teams across all segments and specialties.

  • Develop relationships with Product Management, Product Marketing and Industry teams to maintain role as trusted partner.

Who You Are:

You’re a proven senior marketer who has mastered the facets of software product marketing. You’re excited about how customer service software can improve our clients’ service outcomes. You are inquisitive, continuously pursuing, trialing and refining product marketing messages. Most importantly, you are an outstanding communicator who enjoys crafting stories and messages that will resonate with key stakeholders. You are hands-on with a “can do” attitude, enjoying problem-solving skills and driving for results.

What You've Accomplished:

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 5+ years of professional experience, with experience in product marketing /product management (background in customer engagement software a plus)

  • Strong verbal and written skills with experience building impactful presentations and content including; white papers, webinars, videos and case studies

  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record working with highly technical and B2B focused products and solutions

  • Ability to work effectively and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and external customers to drive results

  • Experience communicating with sales teams, customers, prospects, analysts, and internal management

  • Data driven marketing approach, along with the ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into business benefits

  • Strong analytical skills, an attention to detail, and an overall “can-do” attitude
