Overview of PositionThe Sr. Product Marketing Manager for our payer/provider collaboration solutions is focused on achieving desired segment-specific marketing goals and benchmarks by developing and executing marketing plans.
This role is responsible for planning and implementing go-to-market strategies for assigned products including new ePrior Authorization solutions used by both payers and providers.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
- Supporting new product launches, developing positioning and core content in coordination with subject matter experts and using that content and messaging to deliver effective campaigns and programs that build our reputation/thought leadership, generate demand, and enable our sales and business development teams
What are the requirements needed for this position?
8+ years related marketing experience
Ability to build and execute marketing strategies that make an impact on sales pipeline
Healthcare industry technology experience, (knowledge of payer-provider collaboration, clinical decision support and/or prior authorization areas is a plus)
Experience working with a field sales organization and product management team, supporting a dedicated segment and/or product line
The ability to build relationships across the organization and collaborate as necessary to accomplish goals
Ability to manage multiple projects, driving ideas from concept to completion through superior organizational and project management skills
Strong presentation skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Related Field, MBA preferred
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Experience in content marketing, including excellent writing skills and experience in both long form (blogs, white papers, collateral) and short form (digital advertisements) as well as online and offline content
Experience in a matrixed team environment without formal reporting relationships
Familiarity with Wrike, Salesforce.com, and closed loop lead management
Ability to work independently while providing updates on project status to supervisor and internal clients
