The Strategic Engagement Team (SET) functions as an internal consulting group that helps to advance business-critical priorities across the Global Consumer organization. We deploy nimble, high-performing colleagues to lead short-term strategic projects aligned with key business priorities. This candidate will be responsible for leading key cross-functional business initiatives with a focus on strategy, marketing, product, business development and implementation planning. Projects are designed with clear deliverables, goals and ownership, are typically 3-9 months in length and often involve people leadership.
Experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Strategy, Customer Marketing, Acquisition, Product Development, Project Management, Business Development, Reporting/Analytics
Expert knowledge in financial services or banking and the ability to integrate critical information from many diverse areas
Ability to ramp up quickly across multiple functions with a proven track record of navigating uncertainty and driving quality results
Very strong relationship-building skills with an ability to motivate, influence and break down barriers
Full life-cycle project management experience
Strong communications, presentation skills, and business maturity are required to present findings and solutions to complex business problems across multiple functions and levels within the organization
Team player with a desire to succeed in a flexible, changing environment
Self-starter who can operate autonomously
Demonstrated ability to work with multiple leadership styles
Prior external consulting experience is a plus
