Seeking a highly self-motivated Sr. Marketing Specialist to gather and maintain knowledge items to ensure the business unit operates efficiently, and employees are more engaged and connected to the goals of the organization. Individual contributor, subject matter expert and deep connection to the Occupier segment of the business. Content focused, customer service attitude.
This role will lead the efforts in organizing and maintaining standard marketing materials and content for Occupier A&T business development; partners with subject matter experts and our product and local marketing teams to develop new content; contributing to the development of custom proposals and presentations for specific business development opportunities.
This role will report to the Marketing Director, and work closely with the entire Business Development team, Client Solutions, brokers and leadership. This high-visibility position calls for a confident marketing and business development professional with a creative mind, phenomenal organizational skillset, strategic-thinking abilities, project management, analytical, and collaboration skills. The preferred candidate is self-directed and will have vast experience in a deadline driven environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Owns our Knowledge Bank toolkit for Occupier national BD, updates and maintains content regularly, leads the effort in our “On the Shelf” internal newsletter on a quarterly basis
Maintains team content libraries, including writing, strategizing and editing of standard marketing collateral, boilerplate materials and case studies (development of materials, review with Subject Matter Experts, editing of existing content, and coordination of SharePoint site)
Helps support ad hoc requests for business development content, information, case studies, statistics, other platform projects, etc
Partners with Knowledge Managers in responding to inquiries/requests from our supported lines of business. Will research, resolve, coordinate and help curate content or responses from multiple sources
Assists in communicating business development content updates to our team and more broadly within the organization via multiple communication channel
Develops strong working relationships with Subject Matter Experts throughout the organization
Contributes to custom marketing deliverable development for specific business development opportunities, in collaboration with Business Development Managers and Graphic Designers
Supports Marketing Director with any other Knowledge Management projects or other assigned duties

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent from four-year and minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
Commercial Real Estate, Marketing and Corporate Communication background a plus.
Experience with proposal writing for Real Estate, Architecture or Engineering a plus.
CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES
Intellectual capacity to absorb and translate broad concepts and ideas into clear and logical communications. Strong organizational and analytical skills.Strong ability to write clearly, concisely, and effectively. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients.
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.
Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents and data sets. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.
OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint. Abode InDesign experience a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines under pressure. High degree of energy, assertiveness and creativity. Commitment to collaboration and teamwork. Unyielding attention to detail.
