Summary

The Property Marketing Campaign Specialist works with the property marketing team to help commercial real estate owners market their existing buildings or development projects to prospective occupants and their brokers. The ideal candidate is proactive, process-oriented, has an acute eye for detail, and can manage multiple projects and priorities. This person will primarily spend their time:

  • Serving as a central point of contact for developing new collateral and deliverables in line with the go-to-market strategy, seeing those deliverables through to execution (managing edits, etc.)

  • Managing the workflow and approval process for all assigned marketing tactics.

  • Coordinating with internal design teams and external vendors to ensure project timelines are met and that all materials meet established standards as to branding and messaging.

  • Deploying and managing campaigns as part of the go-to-market strategy across various channels including (but not limited to) social media, email, events, PR, etc.

  • Tracking results and managing reporting cadence, providing updates to clients and stakeholders in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with marketers, business partners and third-party vendors to gather/curate content and execute marketing tactics—including brochure development, email campaigns, social media engagement, websites, direct mail, event concepting and technology.

  • Develop client and prospect event strategy and execute events—including managing relationships with outside vendors.

  • Act as project manager for the go-to-market plan and related marketing tactics—including naming and branding creation, brochure development, direct mail campaigns, presentations, events, on-site marketing centers and other environmental graphics, etc.—partnering with the internal graphics team or outside vendors.

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously (with minimal direction) to the satisfaction of brokers and their clients.

  • Oversee photography and videography as needed to support assigned properties.

  • Develop consistent messaging and deploy variations on messaging by communication medium.

  • Build and maintain internal stakeholder and external vendor/client relationships.

  • Develop and maintain a portfolio of best-in-class marketing deliverables to share with clients, prospective clients, and other teams within CBRE.

  • Review internal and external collateral materials, proofread content, ensure appropriate branding and approve materials for final distribution.

  • Assist in the coordination and implementation of marketing strategies and perform research and analysis to support those strategies.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing reports.

  • Oversee all projects from start to finish, working with graphic design partner to execute the deliverables. Maintain schedule of active projects using our project management platform Function Fox, manage projects based on availability, communicate what is needed for each project with designers and check drafts.

  • Offer support with special projects as needed and as time allows.

  • No formal supervisory responsibilities in this position. Provides informal assistance such as technical guidance, and/or training to coworkers. May coordinate and assign tasks to co-workers within a work unit and/or project.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from four-year college or university and a minimum of four to six years of related experience and/or training. Experience in commercial real estate preferred.

CERTIFICATES and/or LICENSES

None.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable and courteous service to internal clients. Ability to effectively present information.

FINANCIAL KNOWLEDGE

Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret documents. Ability to solve problems involving several options in situations. Requires intermediate analytical and quantitative skills.

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

Intermediate skills with various software programs such as Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to learn web publishing platform.
