Job Summary :
Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management and Marketing, this individual is responsible for leading the Professional Education strategy and program execution for the Infection Prevention business. Responsibilities include: KOL identification and management, Infection Prevention educational program curriculum and content across all learning modalities, publication and podium strategies, promotion and implementation of the educational programs, leveraging content, and working with the sales teams to engage their customers. This individual is responsible for ensuring adherence to all legal, regulatory and Health Care Compliances policies adopted by Envista.
Create and integrate the Professional Education strategy, aligning with marketing strategies and business unit priorities
Create an annual Prof-Ed business and marketing plan to include support of new product launches, publication strategy, podium strategy, tradeshow strategy, webinars and CE educational programs, brand support and KOL strategies.
Manage and guide external agency and KOLs in development and execution of programs
Identify and facilitate KOLs to execute podium, training and curriculum development plan in conjunction with a KOL management strategy
Explore and develop new tools to execute Prof-Ed activities in a more efficient and effective manner to include technology-oriented tools, online education and other communication tools.
Develop systems, tools and metrics to effectively monitor, evaluate and report the effectiveness of Prof-Ed programs.
Develop and execute programs to create awareness of and enrollment in educational programs for customers
Leverage social media and other marketing platforms to market content and establish IPS business as a leader in infection prevention.
Leadership responsibility for assuring necessary tools, policies and procedures are in place to comply with all legal, regulatory and Health Care Compliance policies adopted by Envista.
Responsible for administering all speaker contracts, confidentiality agreements and appropriate collateral information.
Manage the annual Professional Education budget, ROI analysis, and associated metrics.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or university.
7+ years related experience in marketing, product management and / or professional education in the dental and/or medical device sector.
Proven experience partnering with and influencing external customers.
Experience managing and cultivating key opinion leaders.
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively work with Sales Management, Marketing Management, Field Sales and external customers on a daily basis.
Strong presentation skills
Ability to travel up to 30% domestic
