This position is remote. Candidates may be required on occasion to visit the local office when/if needed.  

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 3 years’ marketing/business development experience in a professional services environment

  • Ideal candidate will be a high-energy, savvy marketing professional, with strong writing and presentation skills

  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced setting

  • Strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills critical, with a keen attention to detail

  • Communication and data analysis skills, client service orientation, project management

  • Ability to generate immediate credibility with firm lawyers is also essential

  • Ability to work well in a team environment where most interaction is "virtual"

  • Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Preferred Requirements:

  • Prior law firm experience

What will your day look like?

As a Sr Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely with our Senior Marketing Manager on strategic client growth initiatives, pitches/RFPs, events, content development, experience tracking, directory submissions, and other projects related to demonstrating our expertise to clients. The role will support select transactional practices across the United States and will be called upon to assist with other projects as needed.

Additionally, you will assist in compiling presentations, key metrics and reports to leadership. You will work with other Directors and Marketing Managers on other key practice group projects as requested/appropriate. You will also actively participate in lawyer meetings as requested/appropriate. You will utilize InterAction for CRM and Experience Hub for experience reporting.

Physical Demands, Work Environment, and Other Requirements 

Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in Los Angeles, San Diego, or Seattle is $36.76 - $53.30 per hour. The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in New York City is $38.43 - $55.73 per hour. The expected pay range for this position, if hired to work in Palo Alto or San Francisco is $40.10 - $58.15 per hour. Non-exempt positions will be paid on an hourly basis and paid overtime in accordance with applicable laws. The compensation offered to a candidate selected for employment will be dependent upon various factors, including the candidate’s geographic market, skills, educational and professional background, experience, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
