What You'll Do Here:
You, as the Sr. Coordinator, Consumer Marketing, will play an important role driving this mission by supporting the Consumer Marketing team in driving awareness, engagement and sales of Cengage Unlimited with the student audience. You have an interest in understanding student needs, motivations and pain points. As part of a marketing team, you have experience supporting the planning, implementation and execution of engaging and measurable marketing programs.
You’ll be working with internal and external team members to coordinate campaigns that promote the value of Cengage Unlimited across web, mobile, social, email, partnerships, events and more. You have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and the ability to operate effectively within matrixed environments. You are detail oriented and a strong project manager who can expertly manage campaign timelines and deliverables, keeping all team members on track. You will report to the Senior Director of Consumer Marketing but support all team members including the Executive Manager, Student Marketing and Senior Manager, Partnership Marketing.
Coordinate marketing campaign planning and executional logistics for the Consumer Marketing team.
Facilitate communication and manage deliverables from cross-functional team, partners, agencies and vendors
Route campaign assets, marketing collateral, and creative. Collect and distribute feedback from key internal and external stakeholders including partners, agencies and vendors
Maintain campaign timelines and deliverables across cross-functional stakeholders, agencies and vendors.
Work within project management system; enter requests, update team members on project status, needs and next steps.
Organize campaign assets within physical and digital storage systems; distribute to functional teams as needed.
Compile and organize execution visuals including screen shots and photos into shareable report and archives.
Data entry and tracking as required for campaign implementation and execution.
Manage student facing FAQ including vetting/tracking changes and optimizations, measurement and reporting
Monitor and report on customer reviews across eCommerce sales channels; write and vet responses.
Various team administrative support responsibilities such as meeting scheduling and invoice processing as assigned.
Skills You Will Need Here:
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in B2B or B2C marketing coordinator or marketing project manager position
Experience coordinating multi-platform marketing campaign implementation and execution, including experiential, digital, social and partnerships
Experience operating within Project Management systems, CRM platforms, Qualtrics, PowerPoint and Excel
Expert project management skills with strong attention to detail
Deadline driven with ability to complete tasks and deliver quickly
Ability to effectively communicate in a matrixed company environment, keeping cross functional teams focused and on task
Experience setting priorities, problem solving, multi-tasking, and working independently
Fast learner with an entrepreneurial spirit
