BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening forDirector, Talent Acquisition. In this role, you will serve as the leader of office talent acquisition (administrative, leadership, and corporate functions across service and support offices) for one of our enterprise TA hubs. The Director, Talent Acquisition leads all office talent acquisition functions in a multi-market region by managing full cycle recruiting process and is responsible for creating and implementing sustainable and scalable strategic talent acquisition solutions that establish BAYADA Home Health Care as the employer of choice within their market. This role will lead a team of talent acquisition professionals, as well as serve as the strategic advisor and business partner to operational leaders.

Director of Talent Acquisitionresponsibilities:

  • Accountable for regional talent acquisition hub performance established goals and targets. Report out regularly on successes, risks and metrics related to hub performance.

  • Hire, supervise and develop Talent Acquisition professionals by mentoring and developing staff to advance through career tracks.

  • Oversee day-to-day talent acquisition operation, operating with a sense of urgency and providing guidance on recruiting issues as they arise.

  • Formulate proactive short and long-term recruitment strategies. Assess recruitment needs by market to develop and execute plans that support the needs of the company and the competitive talent acquisition climate.

  • Establish and maintain metrics that measure team and individual performance.

  • Build & manage strong relationships with business leaders / stakeholders to gain trust, build ability to influence, and address transparent feedback.

  • Educate, guide, and align team on company DE&I goals and initiatives.

  • Partner to develop objective candidate selection tools and techniques with a keen focus on quality of hire and time to fill.

  • Manage and set hub financial budget and plan. Analyze financial information to ensure all operations are within budget and forecast needs / changes.

  • Education: Four (4) year college degree.

  • Experience: Minimum seven (7) years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting & minimum three (3) years of talent acquisition managerial experience.

  • Diversity, Equality, & Inclusion talent acquisition experience preferred.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.

  • Ability to manage, coach and inspire a team.

  • Ability to work independently, motivate and be self-motivated, flexible, versatile, and creative, and strong focus on results and customer service.

  • Foster interpersonal relationships; possess problem solving and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with track record of working with multiple constituents and levels within the company and externally.

  • Acceptable pre-employment assessment results.

  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.

This is a remote opportunity, with candidates required to be East Coast based and commutable (as needed) to Charlotte, NC or Pennsauken, NJ.
