In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Drive key workstreams contributing to IDT’s strategic plan, assesses core and growth markets as well as current and potential future technologies to position IDT to win.

  • Coordinate on strategic planning activities with strategic plan workstream leaders, technical and operations stakeholders, and functions/centers of excellence across IDT and broader Danaher team.

  • Key contributor on evaluation of investments, proposals, opportunities, and decisions on IDT organizational initiatives, mergers & acquisitions, partnerships and alliances, license opportunities, and other business opportunities.

  • Drive strategic initiatives that improve IDT’s capabilities and drive further clarity across commercial teams, R&D, innovation, and portfolio strategy beyond the annual strategic plan.

  • Refine IDT’s approach in key areas across commercial, R&D, Innovation and portfolio strategy based on recommendations and information derived from the annual strategic planning process.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field with 9+ years of experience OR Master's degree in field with 7+ years experience OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years experience

  • Experience in corporate strategy, business development, or strategic marketing roles or management consulting.

  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence others to adopt a different point of view.

  • Extensive experience with communication and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate difficult concepts to stakeholders.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in medical technologies, life sciences, or biopharma markets, specifically in genetics or genomics products and markets.

The salary range for this role is $ 117,000-$175,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
