We are seeking a (Sr.) Manager of Solutions Management, focused on setting the vision, strategy, and execution of industry solutions that accelerate customer success and ACV. You will leverage MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to build vertical-specific solutions that address the top customer use cases. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch solutions.
Drive vision and strategy to set the solutions roadmap to address top industry trends, market opportunities and customer use cases. Communicate product strategy to internal and external audiences, and executives.
Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and their associated business outcomes.
Ensure active collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of a solution.
Execute our solutions strategy, working closely with core MuleSoft and Salesforce product teams, PMM, development, QA, documentation, partners, and enablement.
Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize solutions and solutions.
Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills both internally and externally. This is essential to gaining and maintaining buy-in, collaborating internally and supporting our customers and partners externally.
Measure success and impact of solutions and identify future expansion opportunities
Lead cross-functional teams as an individual contributor.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
Minimum of 5 years working in the given industry as a practitioner or as a SME
Experience leading a product line, with demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
Has a deep understanding of development processes and methodologies, and has experience working on and driving to success new initiatives
An understanding of APIs and integration technologies and their relevance in enterprise integration
Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions
Professionalism, dedication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
