We are seeking a (Sr.) Manager of Solutions Management, focused on setting the vision, strategy, and execution of industry solutions that accelerate customer success and ACV. You will leverage MuleSoft’s Anypoint Platform to build vertical-specific solutions that address the top customer use cases. You’ll lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch solutions.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive vision and strategy to set the solutions roadmap to address top industry trends, market opportunities and customer use cases. Communicate product strategy to internal and external audiences, and executives.

  • Perform market analysis to identify opportunities and their associated business outcomes.

  • Ensure active collaboration with cross-functional teams throughout the lifecycle of a solution.

  • Execute our solutions strategy, working closely with core MuleSoft and Salesforce product teams, PMM, development, QA, documentation, partners, and enablement.

  • Perform the role of champion to promote and evangelize solutions and solutions.

  • Demonstrate excellent communication and presentation skills both internally and externally. This is essential to gaining and maintaining buy-in, collaborating internally and supporting our customers and partners externally.

  • Measure success and impact of solutions and identify future expansion opportunities

  • Lead cross-functional teams as an individual contributor.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Minimum of 5 years working in the given industry as a practitioner or as a SME

  • Experience leading a product line, with demonstrated experience in gathering and transforming product requirements into an actionable product roadmap

  • Has a deep understanding of development processes and methodologies, and has experience working on and driving to success new initiatives

  • An understanding of APIs and integration technologies and their relevance in enterprise integration

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience in high-level business discussions

  • Professionalism, dedication and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
