In this role, you will be the lead and liaison the Worldwide Partner org & the WW Sales Operations org within Tableau. You will play a key role in leading business priorities, annual planning, GTM motion development, sales operations & across team alignment for the WW Partner organization.
Some of the things you'll be doing include...
Establish goals, plans and related metrics, supervise progress, and operate through obstacles to achieve program objectives.
Lead WW Partner planning in delivering Strategy Memo / business plan, Sales Targets & KPIs, Headcount & Blueprint Model, Comp Plans, Opex Budget, by collaborating with Sales planning
Be responsible for the collation and management of the Forecasting rhythm for the Partner Team globally.
Lead Sales Policy development & landing to Sales Org, across Sales Ops & GTM scenarios.
Lead business growth projects via business model development, SPIFFs & process efficiency.
Lead all aspects of Sales Processes and be a liaison point with Internal Audit for business compliance.
Perform a business lead role for WW Partner, in the integration of Tableau into Salesforce systems & processes.
Work with Analytics & Data Strategy teams to set business priorities for these areas to ensure strong data alignment with business needs & generation of key insights.
Who you are...
Experienced. 10+ years experience, including 4+ years of experience as a data analyst in SaaS industry, consulting, finance, sales operations, or product management. Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree a plus.
Domain. You're an authority in the partner business and partner operations.
You have the ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic work environment and can multi-task and keep on top of priorities while accomplishing the details of the task at-hand.
Cross-Cultural Leadership. Experience in leading critical, cross functional projects.
Strong communication and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey sophisticated concepts and information to a broad audience
Technical. Experience with SQL and Tableau (or similar BI platforms) is a plus.
Problem Solver. A natural leader with an ability to build things from scratch. A curiosity about crafting structure wherever its needed.
Experience in SaaS industry, in similar Sales Strategy & Operations role.
For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $122,900. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
