Sr. Manager of The Next Best Thing (Design)
The Sr. Manager of the Next Best Thing, will lead the executions of designing and developing futuristic concepts to life that speak to Reebok’s creative direction for the environments (digital spaces, retail spaces, new spaces to explore, etc) we operate in.
Create original, imaginative, and future thinking concepts to provide seasonal inspiration to the Vector Associated Concepts (VAC) team and broader organization.
Bring future/forward thinking design solutions to life for the organization for the various environments we operate in (digital spaces, retail spaces, new spaces to explore, etc).
Create design solutions that significantly contribute to the VAC team achievements, and ultimately have a positive contribution to Reebok’s business results.
Lead forward and future macro trend seasonal research and development; and support communication of those trends across the multiple brand stakeholders (creative, product, marketing, environments)
Responsible for being future thinking, engrained into the digital and block chain technology environments, and has the ability to think about the impossible and develop solutions that make us leaders in execution (ex: this will allow us to be first to market instead of being followers).
Creative Design Experience required, 5+ years preferred
Strong understanding and ability to be future thinking, and how to capitalize on those ideas so we can be first to execution
Strong understanding of digital marketplace environments & presence, block chain technology, new evolving trends and how the athletic industry fits into that space
Architectural and special renderings expertise is highly seeked for this role
Must have the ability to always put the consumer first, and always wear that lens when designing concepts
Advance skillset in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
