About the Role

We are looking for an experienced B2B Digital Marketing professional to develop and execute marketing campaigns for Concentrix Tigerspike. The Sr. Manager will be a contributor to our overall marketing strategy while being directly responsible for driving awareness, reputation, relationships and revenue for his/her product area through digital channels. The individual in this role will develop and deliver world-class integrated marketing campaigns that engage with our clients and targets with original content while generating insights into our solutions and driving top of funnel demand. He/She will work directly with Concentrix Tigerspike internal stakeholders, will collaborate with our corporate marketing team as well as our sales team and will be responsible for achieving the goals and objectives set out in our annual GTM plans.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic planning for select portfolio areas including client segmentation, demand generation resourcing, sales enablement and market penetration plans and related product and solutions positioning

Identify key trends and insights, develop original thought leadership content (in collaboration with content and channels lead), and optimize spend and performance to achieve goals and ROI

Build a distinctive brand position and awareness for Concentrix Tigerspike products and solutions across all relevant channels

Oversee full funnel marketing execution for select portfolio areas including branding, public relations, digital advertising, content creation, event management, collateral, analyst and market research and website properties

Work with digital and demand generation experts to build and execute high impact marketing campaigns and content strategies

Drive market expansion and revenue growth with marketing strategies tied directly to sales efforts

Collaborate with outside agencies, partners and contractors and arm the sales team with tools and materials needed to win clients.

Qualifications and Experience

6 - 8 years of B2B digital marketing experience in CX agency, consulting or technology environments preferred

Experience in product and solution launches and orchestrating B2B multi-channel lead generation strategies

Fluent with current marketing technologies and processes that enable digital campaigns tied to metrics (i.e.. experience with Marketo, intent and consideration tools, targeting and database management, digital engagement, nurturing, lead activation and lead scoring and Salesforce lead integration)

Understanding of CX transformation technologies, processes, and desired business outcomes.

Experience with sales enablement strategies and a desire to be aligned closely with sales teams.

Strong presentation and communication skills

Plus, for experience with one or more of the following industries: Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Retail, Travel and Transportation

Plus, for B2B Alliance Partner Channel marketing experience: AWS, Salesforce, Google, Microsoft

Articulate, persuasive, and consultative. Eager to engage and thrives on success.
