Role Overview:

Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for designing and executing multi-channel global demand generation campaigns. As a recognized collaborative leader, you will ensure these different Marketing functions and stakeholders have fully aligned their resources in support of the common business outcome of these global campaigns – growth.

You relish the opportunity to take calculated risks, test new ideas, innovate, and push the boundaries of the art and science of Marketing. Building on your past experiences, you will lead the team to employ the latest advances in Marketing, including Account Based Marketing (ABM.) You have successfully lead change and are a passionate advocate of the success of the entire Marketing organization.

About the role:

  • Lead the development and successful execution of global demand generation campaigns across all contributors and stakeholders.

  • Support all routes to market, addressing the unique needs of our Partners.

  • Determine the key KPI targets that provide leading indicators of the trajectory of the growth plan and establish the process for persistent review and adjustment across the campaign team and stakeholders.

  • Identify the highest value customer segments and ensure the global campaigns are precisely targeted to these segments.

  • Ensure the campaign is targeted to the right personas, with the right creative and messaging, with compelling calls-to-action, all while tightly instrumented to inform rapid corrections.

  • Employ the leading-edge practices in Account Based Marketing (ABM.)

  • Identify competitive advantages that support our Growth Marketing strategy and leverage to the fullest.

  • Develop the practice within the campaign team of testing and experimentation to innovate how we drive business growth, customer acquisition, prospect engagement and reduce churn.

  • Orchestrate the delivery of omni-channel campaigns, leveraging all aspects of the marketing mix and the entire spectrum of resources across the Marketing team.

About you:

  • Bring a minimum of 10 years of experience focused on growth through omni-channel marketing

  • Must have experience as an industry influencer

  • Expertly deployed Account Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns

  • Recognized as an innovator in the world of B2B Marketing

  • Possesses mastery of demand generation, delivered with agility

  • Renowned as an excellent cross-functional leader

  • Exceptionally strong analytical capabilities
