Title Sr. Manager, eCommerce Experience

Overview of Position

This position works remotely anywhere in the U.S.!

The newly created Senior Manager, eCommerce Experience position will be managing eCommerce GTM activities and special initiatives to create best in class online selling & buying B2B experiences. This position drive innovation, strategy, and high-level requirements for business process automation and for building out an effective and efficient back-office to support quickly growing online business. This role will also build and manage a high performing team responsible for successful rollout of key digital capabilities and continuous improvements.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Drive innovation and lead transformation of a Change Healthcare eCommerce experience.

  • Lead key strategic initiatives to grow online sales and to optimize and simplify online selling and customer purchasing journeys.

  • Build and manage a team that provides business leadership and support in implementation of eCommerce experience improvements.

  • Drive strategy, planning, and high-level requirements for process automation and integration between e-Commerce engines, CMS, and back office systems (ERP, CRM, Contract Mgmt., etc.).

  • Work closely with technology, sales, marketing, and UX leaders to build out eCommerce capabilities and enhance Marketplace functionality and content.

  • Audit ecommerce capabilities. Be the voice of the customer. Provide stakeholder requirements and acceptance for delivered by engineering capabilities.

What are the requirements needed for this position?

  • 7+ years’ experience managing projects or leading teams responsible for building or improving experience with customer facing digital products or services.

  • Demonstrated thought leadership at a technology or an eCommerce company

  • Product management experience

  • Prior experience working with digital services or ecommerce platforms.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills

  • Strong business acumen

  • Excellent team management skills and the ability to develop, manage, and lead large teams to meet and exceed goals. Ability to recruit and retain top talent, build consensus, and rally members to achieve results.

  • Exceptional Project management skills including scope, resource, and change management. Capable of driving multiple projects to completion simultaneously.

  • Adept at strategic thinking and translating strategy into actionable plans.

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

General office demands

How much should I expect to travel?

Occasional travel, up to 25%, may be required between office locations.

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
