ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sr. Strategy and Operations Manager who can refine and manage business processes for developing and executing go-to-market plans. This includes but is not limited to: reviewing transactional data to identify patterns and trends which will help to manage the business and drive strategic planning; managing a cross-functional process to launch our solutions the market.
The Manager will also be responsible for working with Strategy, Research, Finance & Field teams to coalesce information from multiple sources to create an accurate representation of the drivers of the business and provide recommendations for improving the go-to-market strategy
With accountability for ensuring launching solutions to marketplace successfully, this role requires someone with a combination of project/program management, strategy consulting, and an ability to coordinate various cross-functional teams.
WHAT SKILLS WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL?
Identify and develop materials on market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry changes;
Identify key macro and micro market and competitive trends and draw insights from marketdata through rigorous analysis
Prepare initial drafts of strategic presentations (business reviews, product strategy, financial plans, etc.)
Responsible for tying value proposition articulation to go-to-market plans, and helping to ensure internal organizational readiness
Work with operational stakeholders to drive detail plans as appropriate
Implement best practices to facilitate high quality solution ideas
Manage launch process including inputs, timelines and key deliverables from cross-functional partners
Maintain a calendar of future launches, communicating and educating launch process out to the operational stakeholders
Function as team member in a variety of strategy and business development projects, including emerging business opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.
Drive ROI analysis, profitability projections, forecasting and analysis
WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR YOU TO APPLY?
Previous management consulting, business development, strategic marketing, product development or finance experience
Strong analytical capabilities and previous experience developing data-driven analyses
Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to produce clear reports and presentations
Strong cross-functional project management skills, ability to influence without authority
Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Ability to identify key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data
Comfort with and eagerness to tackle ambiguous problems
Highly collaborative and able to influence
Strong writing and verbal presentation skills, enabling her/him to prepare and present information and recommendations to a broad and diverse audience
Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus
