We are looking for a Sr. Strategy and Operations Manager who can refine and manage business processes for developing and executing go-to-market plans. This includes but is not limited to: reviewing transactional data to identify patterns and trends which will help to manage the business and drive strategic planning; managing a cross-functional process to launch our solutions the market.

The Manager will also be responsible for working with Strategy, Research, Finance & Field teams to coalesce information from multiple sources to create an accurate representation of the drivers of the business and provide recommendations for improving the go-to-market strategy

With accountability for ensuring launching solutions to marketplace successfully, this role requires someone with a combination of project/program management, strategy consulting, and an ability to coordinate various cross-functional teams.


  • Identify and develop materials on market intelligence, competitive analysis, and industry changes;

  • Identify key macro and micro market and competitive trends and draw insights from marketdata through rigorous analysis

  • Prepare initial drafts of strategic presentations (business reviews, product strategy, financial plans, etc.)

  • Responsible for tying value proposition articulation to go-to-market plans, and helping to ensure internal organizational readiness

  • Work with operational stakeholders to drive detail plans as appropriate

  • Implement best practices to facilitate high quality solution ideas

  • Manage launch process including inputs, timelines and key deliverables from cross-functional partners

  • Maintain a calendar of future launches, communicating and educating launch process out to the operational stakeholders

  • Function as team member in a variety of strategy and business development projects, including emerging business opportunities, acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.

  • Drive ROI analysis, profitability projections, forecasting and analysis


  • Previous management consulting, business development, strategic marketing, product development or finance experience

  • Strong analytical capabilities and previous experience developing data-driven analyses

  • Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to produce clear reports and presentations

  • Strong cross-functional project management skills, ability to influence without authority

  • Excellent excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Ability to work independently or with minimal supervision

  • Ability to identify key issues and patterns from partial/conflicting data

  • Comfort with and eagerness to tackle ambiguous problems

  • Highly collaborative and able to influence

  • Strong writing and verbal presentation skills, enabling her/him to prepare and present information and recommendations to a broad and diverse audience

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA a plus
