We're looking for a Global Services Partner Manager who will be responsible for the oversight and development of all Services Partners and programs globally . You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our current partner community, identifying potential companies with the right skills and acumen for the successful deployment of Exabeam solutions as well as developing a strong Exabeam consultant ecosystem.
Ability to identify and create working relationships with services companies as well as partnering with Exabeam’s Professional Services to deliver enterprise software deployment projects.
Recruit, identify and screen potential consulting partners and their respective candidates in order to fulfill geographic and domain needs.
Ability to articulate and evangelize the vision and positioning of the Exabeam brand and it’s products.
Influence our partner community to develop and build a thriving business around Exabeam services.
Lead the development of the go to market plan to identify, develop and define key focus accounts, to further grow our partner ecosystem.
Help define and continually refine Services Partner’s on-boarding requirements.
Develop and provide KPI metrics of partner coverage, capabilities and performance to deliver services based on demand.
Provide reporting and metrics related to the Services Partner program.
Understand and interpret the needs of the partner and of Exabeam for a mutually beneficial relationship.
Be primary point of contact for partners and Exabeam Professional Services escalated issues with regards to your partners in the program.
Internally advocate and position the services partner community between other Exabeam stakeholders and business-owners.
Ability to understand and familiarize yourself with Exabeam and other required technologies at a high level.
5+ years experience in Professional Services roles for enterprise IT software.
Experience with contract management and negotiation.
Effective and clear communication with services partners, channel and Professional Services leaders.
Well organized with a healthy sense of urgency.
Ability to meet SLAs and aggressive deadlines.
Self-motivated, independent and self-educating, yet willing and able to work collaboratively with partner community and fellow Exabeamers.
Able to analyze, develop and deploy internal processes.
Travel required: 30%-50%
Bachelor's degree is preferred
